Aastha is a post doc in Maggie’s lab. She graduated with a Ph.D. in Epidemiology from the University of Louisville in 2023, where her dissertation focused on polygenic risk scores of chronic kidney disease and hypertension. Prior to her Ph.D., she got her M.B.B.S. from D.Y. Patil Medical School in India and received the Bioinformatics Graduate Certificate from Harvard Extension School. Her postdoctoral research focuses on omics data analysis related to cardiometabolic conditions.
